How does per-job billing work?
One fee per open role per month. Closed roles are free. Roll candidates over to new roles at no extra cost.
Is candidate data private?
Yes. Candidate-contributed data is stored in SkillSwipe's Hong Kong region by default; mainland-China data residency is available on Enterprise.
Can I pay in USD?
Yes. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced in USD, EUR, or CNY. Pro/Candidate on the App Store is billed in the App Store region currency.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual commit saves ~15%. Startup program, education, and non-profit pricing available on request.
How do I cancel?
In-app, one tap. Enterprise contracts follow their MSA cancellation terms. No dark patterns. Ever.
